Information notice under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698) for visitors and prospective patients.

This notice is made under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
The data controller is HN Health Turkey, a health tourism intermediary organisation based in Muratpaşa, Antalya, Türkiye. Contact: info@hnhealthturkey.com.
We process your identity data (name, surname), contact data (telephone, WhatsApp, e-mail), the subject of your request, and — only where you ask us to organise a visit — travel and accommodation details. Limited transaction-security data is produced automatically when you use the website.
We do not request special categories of data, including health data, through this website.
Your data is processed in order to respond to your request, to carry out the coordination you ask for, to communicate with the health facility you consent to, to meet our record-keeping obligations and to maintain the security of the website.
We rely on the following grounds in Article 5 of the KVKK:
Under Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, and with your explicit consent, your data may be transferred to the authorised health facility handling your request, and to our transfer, accommodation and interpreting suppliers to the extent needed. Transfers to public authorities are made only where legislation requires it.
Where our suppliers store data abroad, the transfer is based on your explicit consent or on the safeguards set out in Article 9.
Enquiries that do not lead to coordination are kept for two years. Records of coordination actually provided are kept for ten years, in line with Turkish commercial and tax legislation. At the end of the period, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
You have the right to learn whether your data is processed and to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred at home or abroad, to request correction, deletion or destruction, to request that these be notified to third parties, to object to a result produced solely by automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
Send your request in Turkish or English to info@hnhealthturkey.com, or in writing to our address in Muratpaşa, Antalya, with enough information for us to identify you. We reply at the latest within 30 days, free of charge. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority.
Request information and a coordinator will forward it, with your consent, to a partner facility — a physician there decides what, if anything, is appropriate.
