Your journey, step by step
This guide walks you through what happens from your first message to your return flight — what we arrange, what to prepare, and where the physician's role begins. Nothing here is a diagnosis or a promise of treatment; it's simply what to expect.
A journey made into simple, supported steps.
Travelling abroad for a procedure can feel like a leap. Our job is to make the practical side a series of small, well-supported steps instead — so from your first message to long after you're home, you always know what happens next and who to ask.
A single coordinator looks after your appointments, transfers, accommodation and interpreting, in English and Turkish. Every medical decision — the examination, the diagnosis and the treatment — stays with the physician at the authorised facility, after an in-person examination.
Nothing is rushed and nothing is hidden. The facility shares any price information with you directly, and there is no obligation to travel or to proceed at any stage.
Your journey, from home to home.
Six clear stages — the medical ones handled with the facility. Here is the whole path, so there are no surprises.
-
First contact
Request information
You start with a short request. With your consent, the details you share — and any existing test results, if you happen to have them — are passed to a partner facility. You don't need to prepare anything medical at this stage.
-
Facility review
A preliminary opinion
A physician at the facility reviews your request and gives a preliminary opinion on whether an in-person assessment makes sense. This is not a diagnosis or a commitment to treat — it simply helps you decide whether travelling is worthwhile.
-
Before you fly
Your written programme
If you choose to go ahead, your coordinator prepares a written programme: proposed dates, the facility, transfers, accommodation and interpreting. You review it and confirm before anything is booked. Your flights you arrange yourself — the team is glad to recommend trusted options.
-
In Antalya
Welcome & examination
You're met at Antalya Airport (AYT) and taken to your accommodation. At the facility, the physician examines you in person — and the treatment decision is made here, with you, after that examination.
-
Treatment
Procedure & on-site follow-up
If you and the physician decide to proceed, the procedure and all medical follow-up take place at the authorised facility, under its and the physician's responsibility. Your coordinator stays reachable throughout.
-
Back home
Return & follow-up
Your return transfer is arranged. Once you're home, your coordinator helps keep communication open with the facility for any check-ups the physician has scheduled.
What the coordination covers.
The practical side of your journey is organised for you, so nothing logistical is left for you to handle alone. Everything medical stays with the authorised facility and its physician.
Appointments & programme
Your appointment scheduling with the facility, and a written programme — dates, transfers and timings — that you confirm before anything is booked.
Travel & stay in Antalya
Private airport transfers and help booking a hotel near the facility — for you and any companion travelling with you.
A coordinator & interpreting
One named coordinator from your first message to after you're home, with interpreting at your appointments — all in English and Turkish.
Your flights are arranged by you — the team is glad to recommend trusted options near the facility, but does not book or charge for them. All examination, diagnosis, treatment and medical records remain the responsibility of the authorised facility and its physician.
