HN Health Turkey is an authorised international health tourism intermediary based in Antalya. We organise access to authorised health facilities for patients travelling from abroad — and we stay transparent about where our role ends and the facility's begins.
What we do, and what we do not
An intermediary organisation does not provide healthcare; it organises access to it. We handle the practical side of a medical journey — appointments, transfers, accommodation and interpreting — and record every step in writing.
Diagnosis, treatment and medical records remain solely the responsibility of the authorised health facility and its physician. This boundary is stated clearly in every document you receive from us.

Coordination and logistics services are organised by HN Health Turkey. Examination, diagnosis, treatment and any medical follow-up are the responsibility of the authorised facility and its physicians.
Principles we hold to
The same approach applies to every journey we coordinate, whatever the treatment or the facility.
We never blur the line between coordination and care. What we arrange and what the facility decides is stated plainly, up front.
A single coordinator stays with you from first enquiry to your return flight, reachable 24/7 throughout.
Dates, transfers, accommodation and interpreting are shared in writing before you travel, and updated in writing if anything changes.
Personal and health data is handled under KVKK and GDPR, with separate explicit consent before anything is shared with a facility.
Our organisation is an international health tourism intermediary authorised by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Health; it does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. All decisions relating to treatment are made by the physician at the authorised health facility following an in-person examination.
