Cookie policy

Which cookies this website uses, what they do and how you can control them.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They let a site remember things between pages — for example which language you chose — and let the owner understand, in aggregate, how the site is used.

This site uses as few cookies as it can. None of them identify you by name, and none are used to build an advertising profile of you.

Strictly necessary cookies

These keep the site working and cannot be switched off: they remember your cookie choice itself, keep the contact form usable, and protect the form against automated abuse. They store no personal detail beyond what is needed for that purpose and expire within 12 months at the latest.

Analytics cookies

If you allow them, analytics cookies tell us which pages are read, how visitors arrive and where they leave. The data is aggregated: we see that a page was read, not who read it. IP addresses are shortened before storage. These cookies expire within 14 months.

Declining them changes nothing about how the site works for you.

Marketing cookies

We do not use marketing or advertising cookies, and we do not share website data with advertising networks. If this ever changes, this page will be updated first and your consent will be asked before any such cookie is set.

Managing your preferences

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the cookie banner, and you can delete cookies in your browser at any point — usually under Settings → Privacy. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop the contact form working.

How we handle the personal data behind all of this is explained in our privacy policy and our KVKK notice.

Request information and a coordinator will forward it, with your consent, to a partner facility — a physician there decides what, if anything, is appropriate.
